1. Initial Deposit
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure the project and allocate resources.
- This deposit covers the initial consultation, planning, and design phases, and it is non-refundable once work has begun.
2. Project Cancellation
- Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- If you choose to cancel the project after the initial deposit and before significant progress has been made, no additional fees will be due. However, the initial deposit remains non-refundable.
- If the project is cancelled after substantial progress (design completion or development phase), additional charges may apply to cover the work done beyond the deposit.
- Business-Initiated Cancellations:
- In the unlikely event that we are unable to complete the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will issue a partial or full refund depending on the amount of work completed.
3. Revision Policy and Additional Fees
- Our projects include a specified number of revisions, which will be detailed in the project agreement. Any additional revisions beyond this scope may incur extra fees.
- No refunds will be issued for work that has been approved by the client or if the project is completed to the agreed specifications.
4. Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
5. No Refunds on Completed Projects
- Once a project has been marked as completed and delivered, no refunds will be issued. We encourage open communication throughout the project to ensure your satisfaction every step of the way.
